To all mods and members

Thời gian gần đây có quá nhiều tranh chấp không đáng có đã xảy ra; giữa mods and members, giữa members and members, sometime even giữa admin and members. So, I would like to reset all mods, and reset them follow the rules set for moderator. 1) by doing this, I hope to put things in order a lil bit around here. 2) there are some inactive mod, hiện nay có một ố room có tới 4,5 mods muh chỉ có một hoặc 2 là active,,, để tránh conflict when problem arise hổng biết ai muh hỏi,, i hope reset mods sẽ giúp được trong việc này.
