are you kidding me .. getting stab is painful but your chance to survive is much higher ok because most of the time, they wont stab you like deep in your organs and im sure it take a long time to bleed to death from a wound like that ... long enough for you to call 911

and getting shot .. you die fast .. no instantly if you got shot in your head, or your vital organs .. and yes you can't feel a thing when getting shot because you're already dead

most of the time, robber dont carry a big knife like butcher knife to rob .. seriously (if im a robber, I wouldn't do that either)

maybe in Vietnam, they do that but in US, it a rare case .. they will use pocket knife .. some type of small and easy to carry to scare you
